26 Aug 2008 BUMPER SEASON FOR TOURISM IN THE BOROUGH
  It's been another bumper, summer season for the Borough of Antrim. Between May and July, staff at Antrim Information Centre dealt with well over five thousand queries from visitors from all over the world. Bernie McCann Customer Service Advisor at the Information Centre remarks, "I always enjoy this time of year, when we get to meet so many people from all over the world."
18 Aug 2008 MILL RACE TRAIL CLOSURE
  The Mill Race Trail in Antrim will be closed until further notice due to flood damage.
12 Aug 2008 SUNDAY'S THE DAY THE TEDDY BEAR'S HAVE THEIR PICNIC!
  If you go down to the Lough Shore Park on Sunday 17 August, between 2pm and 5 pm, you're sure of a big surprise! For that's the day Antrim Borough Council is having its teddy bears' picnic! Kevin Guinchard, Visitor Servicing Officer with Antrim Borough Council gives a taster of what's in store on the day
04 Aug 2008 CELEBRATE LOUGH NEAGH
  What better way to celebrate the largest freshwater lake in the British Isles than by holding a festival in its honour. Now in its second year, Lough Neagh Fest will be taking place at various venues around the Lough from 16 to 25 August and Antrim will be playing a big part in the festivities.
