The purpose is to encourage the development of new skills and training provided. This will assist in addressing unemployment levels alongside low skills base within the Borough.
Participation will assist individuals to gain employment or be better placed within the employment market through the acquisition of marketable skills deemed critical by employers. |

These focused on the theme of Delivering Excellence for retail outlets and service sector companies in the Antrim Borough area on behalf of the ABSP. The programme enables candidates to develop the knowledge, skills and attitudes that will lead to improved business and communication skills for both the candidates and their organisations. |
