The Community Services Team exists within Antrim Borough Council to assist community and voluntary groups by providing information, advice support and resources on any of the following: - Establishing community/voluntary organisations e.g. constitutions, insurance, bank accounts etc.
- Legal structures of organisations/ groups e.g. Company Limited by Guarantee, Registered Charity
- Event organisation/planning and management
- Project ideas/development
- Training for committee members on various topics
- Networking with other community/ voluntary organisations
- Information on sources of funding and assistance with applications for a wide range of projects
- Good Practice in Community Development
- Good Relations work
- Grant aid
- Funding and Fundraising
- Community centre bookings
