Community Services Team

The Community Services Team exists within Antrim Borough Council to assist community and voluntary groups by providing information, advice support and resources on any of the following:

1. Establishing community/voluntary organisations e.g. constitutions, insurance, bank accounts etc.
2. Legal structures of organisations/ groups e.g. Company Limited by Guarantee, Registered Charity
3. Event organisation/planning and management
4. Project ideas/development
5. Training for committee members on various topics
6. Networking with other community/ voluntary organisations
7. Information on sources of funding and assistance with applications for a wide range of projects
8. Good Practice in Community Development
9. Good Relations work
10. Grant aid
11. Funding and Fundraising
12. Community centre bookings

Responsible for support on any of the areas listed at points 1 - 8 above.
