Measure 1.1: Building Positive Relations at a Local Level

Carrickfergus, Antrim and Newtownabbey Cluster Area (CAN Partnership)

 

The PEACE III programme will be delivered through a cluster approach with Newtownabbey, Antrim and Carrickfergus Borough Councils, with Newtownabbey taking the lead. Under Priority 1.1 Building Positive Relations at a Local Level, the CAN PEACE III Partnership will be inviting applications under its Small Grants Programme which will support projects within the £5,000 - £30,000 range and can be delivered between June 2009 and December 2010.

For further information the strategy and action plan developed to cover the cluster area of Carrickfergus, Antrim and Newtownabbey can be downloaded here.

The first call for small grant applications has now closed but a second call will be open in the near future. Applications will again be invited under the following programmes:

1. Positive Futures Programme
2. Our Shared Space Programme
3. Play Fair Programme
4. Addressing Perceptions Programme
5. Engagement, Integration and Diversity Programme
