Resident's Survey 2010

We are always keen to know what you think of our services and learn from your comments. So, in 2010, we asked an independent research company, Millward Brown Ulster*, to undertake a survey

Fully trained interviewers, working under supervision at all times, carried out face-to-face interviews with 484 residents of the Borough.  To make sure the survey was accurate and that those interviewed were representative of the whole population of the Borough, the interviewees were chosen at random and the interviewers had quotas of the types and numbers of people they needed to interview e.g. not too many of one particular type that could distort the results.

* Millward Brown is fully certified to IQCS (interviewer Quality Control Scheme), ISO 2001 2008 and ISO 20252:2006, the highest quality standard designed by the Market Research Quality Standards Association specifically for the Market Research Sector.  All research was conducted fully in accordance with the Market Research Society Ethical Code.
