HOW TO BOOKBooking enquiries can be made either by contacting Antrim Information Centre, T: 028 9442 8331 to discuss your requirements or by completing the electronic booking request form.
PAYMENT METHODSAll prices are quoted in pounds sterling, unless otherwise stated. Payment can be made by all major credit and debit cards including Visa, MasterCard, Switch/Solo and Visa Delta. Crossed cheques, made payable to “Antrim Information Centre” are also acceptable and must be accompanied with cheque card details. Please allow seven working days for clearance. If paying by cheque, bookings must be guaranteed by a major credit or debit card. Our postal address is Antrim Information Centre, 16 High Street, Antrim BT41 4AN. Once payment has been confirmed, a receipt will be issued with booking information. Please note that Antrim Information Centre cannot confirm bookings until the required deposit (50% of the total cost) is received. Any outstanding balance must be paid 14 days prior to arrival.
For bookings received within fourteen days or less of the trip dates, full payment is due at the time of booking. CHANGES TO BOOKINGS & CANCELLATION POLICYShould you wish to make amendments to your booking, please contact Antrim Information Centre as soon as possible and preferably at least 28 days prior to the commencement of the trip. All efforts will be made by Antrim Information Centre to re-arrange the booking to an alternative date. However, please be aware that amendments are subject to availability. CANCELLATIONSIf you need to cancel your booking you must notify us immediately, by both telephone and in writing. The date Antrim Information Centre receives the confirmation of cancellation is deemed as the effective cancellation date and the cancellation charge conditions apply from that date. The following cancellation policy applies according to the number of days notice you give: Between 28 - 14 days: forfeit of booking deposit (50% of total cost) Between 13 – 7 days: forfeit of 75% of the total booking cost Less than 7 days: forfeit 100% of the booking cost
IF WE NEED TO CHANGE OR CANCEL YOUR TOURIt is not our intention to make changes to, or cancel your tour once your booking has been accepted. However, it may sometimes be necessary and Antrim Information Centre reserves the right to do so. Occasionally, due to reasons beyond our control (including prevailing or forecast weather conditions) it may be necessary to make amendments to the tour. In such instances and for reasons of health and safety, the ghillie’s decision is final and Antrim Information Centre cannot be held responsible for any inconvenience or cost resulting from this decision.
